Uncooerative male receptionist,ASfter reporting faulty A/c went storming of to my to A/c pumping at the remote said its ok now & took off,after 1 hr still only around 18cWent backto receptionsaid not staying in room any longer,he then got someone to turn it off.i agree to stay that nite then changed to a nice room all good after that

The room that was given to us was so tiny, almost we can say it didn’t had a window (very silly one opening to a shaft with no much light and sharing with other room or whatever room). Bathroom is not much clean. AC unit is old. No breakfast and for something like this it felt really pricey. In Chinatown. However would never come again. Don’t let the nice mono color photos deceive you as it did to me

Very convenient location to all forms of transport. Very central to the city and a very interesting Chinatown surrounds. Staff very friendly. Room very clean with great air conditioning. Would stay there again.

Hotel Mono is good if you travel on a budget. It is very minimalist but the rooms are comfortable and it’s in a great location, walking distance from many of the city’s major attractions and friendly staff

Short walk to Chinatown or Maxwell stations. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Not a fan of how busy this location gets particularly at night. All the noise from the restaurants makes its way to the room even with the windows closed. In addition, the nightly collection of rubbish and bottles makes it tough to get a good nights sleep. Can easily be solved with ear plugs.
