Excellent Club access on the 19th floor. Complement to the chef and staff! Rooms are clean with nice views. Only one slight complaint is the bed is way too hard. In retrospect, I should’ve inquire if they can provide a mattress topper.

Everything in this hotel was great. We stay at the family deluxe room and it was really big. The location is excellent for food and shopping.
