Good but tight space.

Overall good location. Hotel it self is selfserving type mainly good for students and young folks who dont mind dorm size rooms. For all grownups this hotel might not be a good fit the room itself is made around a bed to give you an idea of how small it is. Place is nice, for just sleeping is okay but was not for me.

Convenient and Good service

Front Desk , Adina and Ismael were amazing , Nash helped too Very Hi tech hotel with too many apps but staff was helpful to us . Rooms are little small. Restaurant bit pricey. But lots of other choices up Middle Rd and Bencoolen Rd with good meals and lower prices. Taxi to Super Tree Grove and Cloud Forest is cheap and so worthwhile Hop On /Off also good

It’s a clean place. I like that there is a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The Bugis mall is walkable and the night market and food places are very accessible. Staff are helpful and friendly. I recommend this place.

This is a community based budget hotel, but they do a great job of making the stay pleasant. Unfortunately, there was construction going on during my stay that made for unpleasant noise if you were around during the day. Other than that, the staff were great and I liked the area a lot.

LYF Bugis is strategically located between two MRT station, Bencoolen and Bugis. It is in the middle of lots of food courts and cultural places. The size of the room is a little packed but for the price and location, it is considered good for value. Due to the size, the bathroom has the tendancy to flood if the shower is turned on to the maximum. For those who are planning to get to the hotel by taxi, it does not have a big drive in loby like most hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. During our stay, it was raining for two days and we did not have any umbrella. The staff borrowed us an umbrella which makes out stay easy, without needed to buy and throw away an umbrella. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here in LYF and would recommend this hotel.
