The hotel lobby is average as typical 3 star hotel but the room is not up to standard. The shower water was no more than lukewarm that made the shower quite uncomfortable. I actually got a cold because of the cold water. Then there was no kleenex in the box. No more 10-15 sheets left in the box when we first checked in. Lastly, there was only 1 hook in the bath room for a room to accommodate 3 guests. No place to put clothes or wet towels. And, only 2 glasses in the bath room versus 3 glasses.

Breakfast was delicious with a mix of Asian and Western. Every day had something different. Room was clean and practical. Appreciated the coffee machine. Good old fashioned hospitality with snacks and supplies refreshed every day. Close to Public Transport. Only negative was cost to use laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Great housekeeping by Pauline on level 15. Small room but comfortable. We had snacks, coffee and water every day. Breakfast was very good. Loved the location. Great transport and walkable to Bugis and Arab Street. Great food options. Definitely good value for money.

To start, check-in was very fast, within less than 1 minute. Staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay here again.

Location was good for Arab quarter, Little India, Bugis, Haji Lane and transport. Rooms badly in need of refurbishment. Carpet was disgusting with yucky stains every where. Couldn't walk on it without slippers. No luggage rack or soap for the shower. Rooms not completely soundproof as we heard quite a bit of banging at times.

Dirty room bed sheets, no hot water, therefore couldn’t take a shower before heading to the airport. Very old towels, one of them with a huge hole. Misleading description because room has not an espresso machine. To make things even more ridiculous, arrived late at the airport because gate was malfunctioning and the taxi could not exit. The hotel layout looks like a rental storage. Brought all the above to the attention of the concierge at check-out. Best answer, “you should have told us before” STAY AWAY of this “4 stars hotel” it is at best a 1 start

A nice hotel in the Chinese and India districts. Some things are walkable, but taking Grab to most places was easy. Also not far from an MRT station which connects to all the major lines. Rooftop pool is amazing with some of the best free views of the city. Food selection varies in the area, so we tried several different places. Hawker center near by was not that impressive. Staff is wonderful. Yes, rooms may be a little on the small size, but for 2 people it was perfect. No complaints during our stay. Would stay again!

Good value for money and an excellent location. This is a no frills place, but has everything you need and is in a great spot. 5 minute walk to Nicolls Hwy MRT station, so very easy to get around. The taxi from the airport only took 20 mins as well. Really quiet as well: it is on a main road but no street noise. Would recommend!
