The hotel location is central and close to everything. Hotel quite nice and luxurious looking, however, found the bellmen very aggressive. As for the room, the hotel appears to be cutting costs. They do not provide bottled water which is my preference. Instead, they added some type of water filtration system. In addition, they do not provide hand and body lotion which is standard in most hotels. Last but not least, this morning I woke up with a eash on both arms. I have sensitive skin and suspect this is from the laundering process of the bed shèets. Given the cost paid for our one night, I do not feel that we got value for our money.

The room was very modern, spotlessly clean and came with all the necessary amenities. However there was no non slip mat for the shower and grab rails in or near the tub would allow older folks to use it!

Clean room, very comfy, good location, great sized bathroom, but did found hotel didn't quite live up to 5 star expectations - queuing at check-in with no one there to greet or provide refreshments after flight, breakfast queue and some disorganisation. Stayed in 4 star previously in singapore a few weeks earlier and that felt more like 5, whereas this was def more like 4 at a max, in some ways a bit below so I was a bit disappointed. Stay was good but wouldn't recommend to friends or family and wouldn't stay again, so not that good.

I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 5-star hotel and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. My partner and I were disappointed with both the cleanliness and the service provided. Upon our arrival, we appreciated the welcome gesture of fresh fruit. However, our experience quickly took a turn when, during our unpacking, a staff member repeatedly knocked on our door despite us indicating we would answer shortly. This disruption was bothersome but not the main issue. Later that evening, after a long day, we discovered hair and a brownish stain on the bed sheet when preparing for sleep. This was unacceptable. I attempted to contact Housekeeping and the Front Desk, but to no avail. Eventually, I reached out to Guest Relations, where I found the representative lacking in empathy and only offering a new bed sheet without an apology. When a staff member finally arrived, he offered me the new sheet to change myself, as he had not been instructed to help further. I expressed my discomfort with the stain, emphasizing that any discoloration, especially brown, is completely unacceptable. This experience on our first night significantly impacted our stay, and I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast on the 3rd floor was amazing, lots of choice and the team in the Crystal Club were as helpful as ever. I have stayed a few times and it’s a great location for business and or a holiday. Rooms are very comfortable. Only downside is the pillows are extremely hard but you can call reception and order a softer pillow, that is delivered promptly. Gym is quite small, but the pool is huge. Overall, 10/10 :)
