Fast, friendly check in was much appreciated after 17 hour flight from SFO and half hour ride in from the airport. Welcome gifts of cake, candy and balloons for anniversary and birthday were great touch. Just a couple minute walk to shopping on Orchard Road and the Ion Orchard mall. Service was excellent. Amazing service overall -friendly ,professional staff members -acommodating to novel request opening a 1979 port wine that requires special care and filtering afterwards without charge -complementary fresh fruit and bucket of ice every day is very much appreciated -concierge was very helpful in taking care of our order of cheeses offering to store it and deliver it to our room later. Exceptional hospitality, one of or the best in singapore at the moment.
