I was hoping to like this property. However I booked the highest grade of 1 br and requested away from lift and no interconnecting doors, the Premier category is next to lift and has interconnecting doors. They offered to down grade me to avoid this.
There s so many little annoying things, it takes a fist to reception to find out the oven is also a microwave, you have a ding table for 4 bit only provide cutlery, glasses and plates for 2. The room safe doesn't fit a laptop or iPad, the USB next to the bed doesn't charge, you have to use the USB next to the TV for that ! when queried and they sent a technician the answer was to put a sticker above the USB port cannot be used for charging. Powerpoints are not universal as with most modern accommodation (reception did provide a power convertor when requested) This is new property - seriously !
The location is a 10 minute walk from China town and lots of good restaurants and the hawker centre is a few minutes down the road with the nightly Satay Street (highly recommended).

Crisp white sheets, comfortable beds and super luxurious pillows! Nespresso machine! Staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location, close to major food hall, 10 mins drive to Sentosa, 10 mins drive to Orchard. Close to Marina Bay. Fabulous pool area on 7th level. Highly recommend. (Only picky gripe - I would have loved chopping board in the kitchen)

The studio apartment room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect.. not too hard or soft. The airconditioner was set at a good temperature as well. I had a corner apartment so had great views out over the water and could see the cruise terminal. I really liked the kitchenette setup as it wasn’t in the bedroom but just next to it adjacent to the room door. So if I didn’t feel like tidying up straight away it was out of sight. And the apartment also has a Nespresso machine provided and they supply liquid creamer instead of the powdered form. The 2 bottles of drinking water each day were also great. The bathroom was also placed away from the bedroom so you didn’t disturb each other during the night. If you are staying in a studio apartment you can use their laundry facilities free of charge. I was there for a week so it was very much appreciated. The in room dining services were prompt and the menu offered a fairly good selection , ranging from snack foods like kebabs up to full meals. There was plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. I had requested a quiet location as I had read from a previous guest that there was noisy construction work going on at the rear of the building, so I was assigned a room at the front with the bonus of water views. I did email them one week prior to my stay to request this so they had time to sort it. The location is in the business district so is very quiet on weekends.
