Mr Gopal at the restaurant was outstanding during breakfast because of his mindfulness, friendliness, and so on. He was attentive toward guests' needs and his smile cheered me up every morning.

This is always my go to hotel in Singapore-it’s a classy smaller hotel so you don’t have to deal with the tour bus crowds. Very quiet, perfect location, minutes to metro, large grocery across street, 2nd floor food court across street, and walking distance to Chinatown. The rooms are small, though, with limited shelf/ storage, so pack conservatively!!

We didn't use much of the amenities. However, the room is clean. Housekeeping staff did not speak English, but lucky for us, we were able to communicate through Mandarin. Fridge had a meltdown when we were using it. We were told by house keeping that it is not really fridge and to use it, you must fist take away all the drinks in the fridge if we wanted to use it. We had medication that needed to be put in the fridge. We ended us putting our medication in a bag and in an ice bucket.
