We had one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. We stayed here for a single-night layover, and the hotel had a scheduled power outage from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, which was never disclosed to us in advance. Had we been informed, we would have made alternative arrangements. Because of the outage, we had to eat dinner in the dark, and there was no air conditioning, no electricity, and no elevator service throughout the night. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially since we were traveling with an infant, who cried throughout the night due to the heat and discomfort. The most disappointing part was the hotel’s lack of responsibility and transparency. Scheduled outages should be clearly communicated to guests before booking or check-in. This experience showed a serious lack of consideration for guests.

The room was spotless upon arrival and each time I had my room cleaned, the cleaning staff went above and beyond to do a great job! The hotel was very quiet. The gym was nice, with a gorgeous view overlooking the pool. The pool and view was very nice as well. I also used the laundry facilities which was a nice to have. A bit pricey, but worth having. The staff was very friendly and I felt at home my entire stay. The area is very safe, and has no shortage of some of the best restaurants I have ever been to. It is also close to any train you need. I would stay here again!
