At check in we were informed that our booking was for only 6 hours and not a full day!!! I looked up our confirmation from Expedia and there is no mention of an hourly limit for our reservation. Definitely avoid this hotel unless you plan on only sleeping in the room for 6 hours!!

2nd time staying here as it is easy and convenient if you need rest and sleep during a long transit of 6 hours or more at Changi. For the price paid it is a bit expensive but I guess it is normal in Singapore. Single rooms as usual were a bit noisy with guests opening and closing doors. Walls are very thin.

It was perfect for our 8 hour stopover. We booked for six hours, slept for five and then went to the breakfast area to have our meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful in ordering the meal. Catered for vegetarian and made the process easy. It was our first time in a transit hotel and won’t be our last as allowed us to arrive much more refreshed. It is also a lot cheaper than paying for a business class seat with idea of getting to sleep. If you time flights so you arrive in time to sleep you can make the most of the time, or could extend the stay and use the pool in the daytime.

Second stay here. Convenience to departure gate for early am flight is great. Beds comfortable but light under bedside table cannot be switched off, so room illuminated all night. Bathroom this time was grotty - tiles behind showerhead mouldy, tiles on shower floor felt slimy and the shower drain smelled musty. Not the fault of regular housekeeping, the room needs to be put out of action for deep cleaning. We booked for 12 hrs and wanted somewhere to store our luggage while we attended the free Singapore tour, but not possible at this hotel. Only option was checking in early, which would have meant checking out early, impacting sleep. The first check-in agent kindly helped create a solution, but by the time we returned that agent had finished for the day. He had left notes for the next shift, but the second check-in agent was totally inflexible, refusing to allow us to check in even 20 minutes early so we could drop our luggage and make the tour on time. The price is around triple other comparable options in Singapore, so it was disappointing to find the second check-in agent's service to be so inflexible. We already paid much more for the convenience of staying IN the airport, having to also get up 30 mins earlier and lose the sleep meant paying this extra was wasted. Would have been better staying somewhere else and paying the taxi fee to get to the airport. Would still have had to wake up at the same time, but would have saved $100+. Unlikely to stay again because of this

Exactly what I was hoping for. Clean, quiet, easy to find, decent breakfast. Also convenient that the hotel is airside. We enjoyed a few hours of restful sleep in our very quiet room between international flights. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was ready when we arrived. The check-in process was quick and smooth. Our room was simply grand with a view of the airfield. We got a free meal, not just breakfast, and 24 hour coffee from an automated single serve bean to cup machine that made a variety of espresso beverages. Super convenient location right in terminal one as you arrive.
