Located in the picturesque village of Pêra, about 5 minutes away from one of the last protected natural areas in the Algarve, the Lagoa dos Salgados and the Praia Grande de Pêra, this Villa is the perfect place for a family holiday. Quiet, but close to everything, with an open view to the sea, on the terrace you can enjoy the most wonderful sunsets while tasting the wonderful wines of our region.
The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 doubles, one en suite, and 3 twins, with capacity for 10 adults and 2 children. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, opens onto the dining room, which then opens onto the large living room, a place to socialize par excellence.
The house has three levels, with access to the garden and swimming pool from the lower level. In the privacy of the garden, you can enjoy several sun loungers and a barbecue.
With fast WiFi access, this house also has a games room with a snooker table, television with Playstation, DVD (films provided) and numerous board games that will delight young and old on family nights.
There are several places with the possibility of public parking nearby, without the need to pay.
Supplied with all household linen and amenities for the first few days, such as shower gel and toilet paper.
The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You will then need to respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm and can be done until 2 am, but please note that from 7 pm check-in has the following costs:
- From 7pm to midnight = €30 Euros
- From 00h to 02h = 50€ Euros
Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).
