The spacious living room offers a bright and welcoming environment, ideal for relaxing with family. On the lower floor, there is also a comfortable seating area with sofas and TV, perfect for leisure time and socialising.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a service bathroom.



On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom en suite with shower, another bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. This floor also has an additional bathroom equipped with a shower.



On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, offering extra comfort and privacy to guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the practicality needed to prepare meals throughout your stay.



For entertainment, the villa features a games room on the lower floor with a snooker table, table tennis and foosball, creating the perfect space for group fun.



On the outside, the spacious heated private pool (additional cost) invites you to relax and the jacuzzi (additional cost) provides unique moments of relaxation. The BBQ area and the terrace with dining area make the environment ideal for outdoor gatherings.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12.

From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.
