Modern and spacious, Villa Bahamas is a fantastic 6-bedroom holiday home located in Armação de Pêra, just 600 meters from some of the Algarve’s best golden sandy beaches. Built and furnished to high standards, it offers all the amenities needed for a relaxing family getaway.



The property is ideal for large families or groups of friends. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The lower ground floor features another twin bedroom (with a ceiling fan) and a separate bathroom. On the first floor, you’ll find 1 twin bedroom with en-suite, 2 double bedrooms (1 with an en-suite bathroom), and an additional shared bathroom.



Villa Bahamas offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, except on the lower floor, which is equipped with a ceiling fan.



For entertainment, the games room on the lower floor includes a snooker table, table tennis, and foosball, as well as a lounge area with sofas, TV, and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and washing machine.



Outside, a large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to relax, and the jacuzzi (also available as an optional extra) is perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. A traditional brick BBQ and outdoor dining area on the veranda complete the setup for memorable meals with family or friends.



Located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach, Villa Bahamas combines convenience, comfort, and leisure for a truly enjoyable holiday.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests

From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
