This thoughtfully designed retreat puts all of Summit County right at your doorstep, offering effortless access to scenic hiking and cycling trails, local dining, and shopping. After a day of alpine adventure, return home to unwind in your private, two-person saltwater hot tub while taking in breathtaking mountain views.

Need to step out for a quick errand or dinner? Two dedicated tandem parking spots next to the building make quick trips a breeze. Inside, the condo features elevated furnishings and modern amenities tailored for convenience and relaxation. Rest deeply on the plush king bed or the comfortable sectional couch, which features a queen pull-out bed. Custom top-down/bottom-up shades and blackout curtains allow you to easily control your privacy and natural light throughout the space. For your entertainment and remote work needs, both the living room and bedroom are equipped with Roku TVs, supported by fast Wi-Fi with download speeds up to 600 Mbps.

High-end luxury touches are integrated throughout, including a Toto heated bidet toilet seat and plush kitchen island seating. An in-unit washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen provide ultimate daily convenience. Coffee lovers will feel right at home with a choice between a 12-cup drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, complete with a coffee grinder, and a Nespresso milk frother.

To ensure your expectations are perfectly met, please note a few specific characteristics of the property before booking. Our central location makes traveling around the county incredibly smooth, but it does mean that traffic noise from the main road can be heard on the patio. Additionally, while the crisp alpine air and ground-floor positioning keep the indoor temperature comfortable, please note the condo does not have traditional air conditioning. Finally, the building directly behind our unit is in its final stages of construction. This results in minor construction dust and debris in the outdoor entryway. While we sweep this area regularly, keeping it completely clean during your stay will not be possible.

We truly loved getting to stay here! It was super clean, beautifully decorated and very comfy. There were very thoughtful amenities as well. Being so close to the Blue River and shops was great. The hot tub was an amazing bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED this property! It was perfect for what we were looking for. The hot tub was clean and a perfect way to end the night. We had everything we needed in the home, making it comfortable to stay and hang out in. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk downtown along the river and get delicious coffee and breakfast. We will definitely be back to this property!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Silverthorne! It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and the perfect size for us. The owner truly thought of everything—from fully stocked cookware, spices, and plenty of towels to beautiful décor and even fans in every room, which were greatly appreciated during the unusually warm weather we experienced that week.The location was fantastic. It was within walking distance of stores and restaurants, and we especially liked that it was on the quieter end of town, making it easy to head into the mountains each day without having to fight traffic.There was construction taking place for new units in the complex during our stay, but we never heard any noise, so it didn’t impact our vacation at all. After long days of hiking, having our own private hot tub to relax in was the perfect way to end the day.I also want to mention that this was the first time I’ve ever booked a VRBO property that had zero reviews, so I was a little hesitant at first. I didn’t need to be! The owner’s communication before our arrival and throughout our stay was outstanding. Susan was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless.Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained place to stay in Silverthorne!
