The staff was nice, but the rooms were not. The room was dirty and very outdated. There were too many large dogs in other rooms. The bathroom floor was falling apart, the sofa bed was broken, and the towel rack in the bathroom was also broken. The bed sheets were dirty and stained. The free breakfast was limited, but acceptable. Location was good.

Good hotel for the price. The breakfast area is large, unlike the breakfast selections. This hotel could be great with a little more effort from staff. Hotel is clean but the room bathrooms need updating (buckled lvp flooring in bathroom, shoddy trim work, outdated tub/shower valves). Also the bathroom for the restaurant went un-stocked with paper towels and unmaintained/filthy for 3 to 4 consecutive days. Outdoor patio is unused despite the built in fireplace that’s never lit. Lobby fireplace seems unused also. Again- This could be a great hotel with some effort, still a good choice for the price.

Our room never received room service while we were there for 3 days. Had to go ask got towels and wash clothes. Room was not the cleanest. Front desk staff was not the most friendly. Breakfast was provided but it was very basic, like a bagel, yogurt and go. There was also a dog down the haul from us that kept barking at every little noise it heard pass by.

DIRTY - I have never left a hotel because of filth, but the obviously ignored filthiness of this room was remarkable. There were stains on the walls and door frames that anyone could have seen. The bed sagged on one side, SO bad... it was ridiculous. I responded to an automated email after the first night, asking how we were enjoying our stay and tried to solicit a 5*** review. I gave them a 2 at the time and complained about the bed. They responded stating that they would send maintenance up to take a look - never happened. Whatever.. Breakfast was a joke. HB eggs and then nothing but carbs. Tables not clean, food quality subpar. Tried the partner restaurant-fried chicken. Not bad - some pool tables, vids (3/5 vids were not turned on), couches - food was fair - my wife's order was completely wrong, but.. par for the course. Mine was fair. (I live in the south and know fried ckn) but this is not a review of the Ckn place - Back to the hotel, dirty... just dirty. Do not stay here.

After driving 7 hours that day, we were looking forward to dinner in the hotel restaurant. Apparently its closed on Tuesdays! This should be stated in their advertisement. On check in, I asked where a laundromat was, directions were given to a few streets over. When we got to our floor I saw a sign for "guest laundry 1st floor". Sure enough, jt was there but it was filthy...liquid laundry soap caked on the machines. Wall dispenser to buy soap. .Out of Order!! Went to front desk and the girl stated "Oh, I have the soap, I just havent refilled it." After starting our laundry, the girl informed us the dryer "doesnt work to well"!! When she saw I was upset she offered the use of the hotel dryer. Later that evening I noticed a young man waiting on his clothes to dry....for a very long time. I mentioned this to the girl and she stated "Its hard to explain cause he doesnt speak English." So you're going to let this man keep feeding quarters into the dryer that doesn't work??? To end the visit...our toilet overflowed the next morning. Went downstairs to the desk, the man working gave me a bunch of towels to throw on the floor. To his credit, he gave me a key to another room so we could shower. Not a place I would ever stay at or recommend. Hotels.com should remove it from their list of hotels!
