The staff was friendly, but the hotel didn’t seem very well managed. I had to repeatedly go down to the front desk to have my key card reprogrammed just to get into my room. I also called ahead to confirm an early check-in, but when I arrived, the room wasn’t ready—and I didn’t end up checking in until an hour after the normal check-in time. That said, the location was great—very walkable with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby, which made the stay more enjoyable overall.

Excellent hotel with high-grade finishes in rooms. Very comfortable beds with quality pillows, bedding. Good pressure in shower. Only negative was restaurant; we sampled breakfast which was average - for the price it should have been superior.

They do not work with their guests. There was a blizzard and we were snowed in and unable to make the drive to the hotel. They refused to work with us for a credit, refund or even a partial refund. I’ve never had a hotel chain give such bad customer service. The Blizzard was not our fault, yet we were out $300+

Second stay at this property. Staff is helpful and has a nice restaurant and outdoor area fie sitting around a firepit. It is walking distance across the street to Cutthroat anglers shop and Sauce on the Blu restaurant that is really nice.

We loved the location! It was near dining. The bed in the room was very comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the making of the bed. The sheets were all wrinkled up and made the bed very uncomfortable.

Our Stop in Silverthorne

We were were there only for one night but it was not our first time. It is conveniently located off of I-70 and near the outlet stores. There are a number of new establishments, stores and restaurants to consider. The hotel is very modern, efficient, clean and for us, very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the showers offer plenty of water to enjoy.
