Sink did not drain, Toilet is standard height not 17.5 inch handicapped and seat was loose. They parked a 50 ft Band Tour Bus out our window all night and it ran loud and noisy all night. Wife could not sleep They surprised me at checkin that I had to pay for parking which was ridiculous. I did not read the tiny print at reservation time about some facility added on fees but they never spelled it out

I love staying at Hampton Inn - usually I choose them when traveling. This location was beautiful (recently remolded). The ONLY negative is the air conditioner was extremely loud (tv had to be turned up) and a high pitched whirl (headache inducing). When asked about it, they said all the rooms sound like it. I left early because of it.

Renovated property and we stayed in a new room which had mountain views! Room was extremely comfortable abd the breakfast was hardy! Typical options: oatmeal, waffles, eggs/potatoes, fresh fruit, toast/bagels. Ate plentiful and stayed full for several hours. Several dining options within walking distance and only 1.5 hours from Denver.

Property has bags of mulch laying out, working on landscape. Elevator was under construction and insulation was exposed. Becca the manager was very RUDE! It was my understanding parking was free. She charged me extra for parking! I wasn’t even able to park in handicap, people parked wherever. I addressed this with her. Her response was, “So you want your receipt”?

They were remodeling so the smell of paint was bad outside the room. The room was clean. And staff was nice. Breakfast was great No parking. Coming in late at night felt unsafe
