Prospector Village townhomes offer a perfect blend of space, privacy, and proximity to 7 world class ski resorts and all exciting attractions, not to mention a clubhouse with a pool.

This is five bedroom, five bathroom mountain style home with two fireplaces and heated garage for 2 cars.

Open floor plan on the main level makes it easy to entertain and brings the whole family together. You will find cozy living room with a fireplace, granite countertop kitchen and nook with dining table for 8. Huge windows from the living room offer sweeping views of surrounding mountains and lake Dillon. Gather around the gas fireplace and create family memories for years to come. There is plenty of seating and a small deck to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in Colorado sun. Prepare your family meals in the bright and airy kitchen with granite countertops. Another deck with grill and table for four is located right next to the kitchen. There is also a bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

We have three bedrooms upstairs: Primary suite with vaulted ceiling, king size log bed, gas fireplace and 5 piece ensuite bathroom. Kids retreat is furnished with full size bed and a bunk bed - twin over full. The top bunk bed is for a child only please. It can sleep up to five. We put a comfy chair in the corner for grandma to read a bedtime story or two. The third bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms. One with king bed and ensuite bathroom. One with a trundle = 2 twins. The ensuite bathroom shower has a steep step up to the shower, it is a good room for teenagers who don't want to join in the fun in kids room upstairs.

You will have access to the clubhouse, which features a heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. There is also a clubhouse with a sitting area, space for kids to fool around and a foosball table.
