พนักบริหารแย่มาก ดิฉันได้ทำการจองผ่านเว็บไซต์ expedia รวมทั้งจ่ายเงินไปแล้ว แต่พอไปถึงที่รีสอร์ท ทางรีสอร์ทแจ้งว่าเราไม่ได้จองที่พักเอาไว้ และกล่าวอ้างว่าเราจองผ่านเว็บไซต์ปลอมหรือปล่าว อีกทั้งไม่มีบริการอาหารเช้า ทั้งที่ราคานี้คือรวมอาหารเช้าไปแล้ว แย่มาก แย่มากจริงๆ พนักงานก็พูดจาแย่มาก
