Good value for the money

Nice little house with thatched roof plus balcony in front. Unfortunately whole town is under construction. Natives not very happy as the Chinese are buying up all the land around them and paradise for the backpackers is disappearing fast! Big high-rises under construction EVERYWHERE. Roads under construction, all for future Chinese tourists who'd like to gamble. Big detour to get to the beach. Howling dogs in the middle of the night woke us up and kept us awake for a while. Wifi very spotty. Nice place, but we recommend taking the boat to one of the islands.

Second time staying!!

Second time staying here at mangroves, the staff is friendly and helpful, also the beer is cold and the food is so good that I literally only ate there the whole week. I'll definitely be back a third time as it is affordable and pretty close walk to the beach

The property shared toilet not always working so full of other people business!! stayed 14 nights never had towels changed or bed sheets!! the web site pictures are not updated so you're in for a shock when you get there ,never stayed in a place where sheets are not changed and who would !!!

Good weekend stay!

Was a nice quiet place for a quick beach getaway from living in phnom penh. 15 min walk to the beach. Great food and drinks at the restaurant there. Staff speak great english and good service

OK enough budget place. Rampant construction going on all around. Mangroves & More. The more means mosquitoes. Very disappointed in Sihanoukville.

Inaccurate description

The description of the room was completely inaccurate. There was no daily housekeeping and no minibar as stated in the listing. Bathroom was shared. Overall the place is average. Wifi was off half of the time. Food at the restaurant is tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful, more so the girl than the guy.

Short stay is OK

Rainy season is not best time to visit this place, roads are dirty, many bars are closed. Mangrowes & More restaurant working well, every day till 10p.m. You can rent bicycle 2$, you can visit beach by 20 minutes (walking). Trip to Sihanoukville is about 25 minutes with tuktuk. Rooms are simple but clean.

Relaxing stay, lots of beautiful views from the balcony. I was able to stay with my dog, and my friend was too. Thanks for that. I hope the resident cats weren't too terrified! Clean and comfortable room but very basic. I didn't mind going to the bathroom outside, and there was also maid service available. The only thing I didn't like was being treated like a second-class guest compared to Soksabey guests. No welcome drink, and no access to the pool. My friend asked if she could pay to use the pool as there were no guests there, but she was told that Mangroves and More guests were not allowed to use it.

un happy from the start i got there

we asked for a early check in got there the time we asked but had to wait around for 5 hours until the room was available if it wasn't available they should of emailed us as we just was on a 14 hour bus ride and wanted some straight away. then when we got to the room we were shocked it was like a tin little shed with a double bed could just fit in it we left owe stuff there as we weren't happy at all then we found accommodation some were else as we wood not feel comfortable at all with room
