Great service. Basic but comfortable and very clean room. Breakfast was good and there was lots of entertainment on site. Also a small shopping centre next door. Gorgeous views and easy to get to Nyon town.

The hotel does not deserve the 3 stars rating. I would rate it at 2 stars the most! My room had no functioning air conditioner, although it stated in the contract that it was! Staff could not get it to work, and brought a noisy industrial fan to solve the issue.

Air conditioning does not work efficiently possibly due the blocked return air grill full of dirt /dust don’t think been cleaned for a year ! Séjour très agréable, mais problème au niveau des petits-déjeuners : lors de mon arrivée, il m'a été indiqué que ce service était en place dès 6 heures, ce que confirme l'affichette disposée sur toutes les tables du restaurant. Or, le samedi et le dimanche, il ne m'a pas été possible d'en avoir, alors que je les avais payés, le restaurant étant fermé. Je vous demande donc un remboursement de ces deux prestations non consommées.
