The unit faces the Inter-coastal waterway and the private Harbor Towers & Yacht club marina.
Walk or drive to the beach it is less than a half mile away! Here you will find the best sand made of crushed quartz we promise you will not be disappointed. The beach has bathrooms as well as a great spot you can grab lunch or ice cream.
2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit, both bedrooms have their own en-suite attached. Private master suite with large walk in closet and a desk that looks out to the water, perfect to work from home if you need to!
The custom kitchen is brand new with high end cabinetry and live edge granite countertops. Watch the boats pass and the dolphins swim by from the beautiful screened in balcony with floor to ceiling views of the inter-coastal and pool.
Downstairs you will find the pool along with the marina and beautiful inter coastal where you can watch dolphins and manatees swim by.
Read a book or relax at night in front of the cozy fireplace. (Heat optional) in the living room.
There are many places to rent kayaks / canoes which will deliver them to the condo or you can bring your own! There is a full kayak launch pad in the marina complete with handle bars to get out.
