The Beach Front Suites
The Beachfront Suites is a stand-alone tri-plex. The building is three stories with each floor as its own unit. The Serenity Beach Condo is located on the 2nd floor. Only one parking space is available for this unit.

What's provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.

Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.

Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

Perfect spot to view the ocean while sipping coffee in the morning. We were able to walk the beach in the mornings after making breakfast in our well equipped kitchen. The proximity to the north village was great. We essentially left the car for the week and walked everywhere. Would definitely return though when we were there, there was a realtor looking to build right in front of the house. At the moment the view is perfect! The house was very clean and they left some fresh tulips for us to enjoy. Thank you for a nice get away!

Fantastic stay in Siesta Key. You literally walk straight out onto the beach, and it’s just a quick 7-minute stroll to Siesta Village for food, drinks, and shops. The location doesn’t get better than this. Communication was clear and responsive the entire time. We’ll absolutely book here again.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and the location is fantastic. You can easily walk to the village, but you're not so close that you're in the middle of the night life if you like quiet. Access to the beach is just steps away and we liked the towels and beach chairs provided. The view is beautiful, both from the deck and inside!

Lovely place for my small family. We loved to be able to walk to the beach mutilple times a day. Great location! Parking is tight so try to car pool if you can. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Bathroom could use a vent to ventilate as it was very humid in there after a shower. The shower head is ok for us but can be a challenge for a tall person but nothing that you can't deal with for the location and convenient beach access. Would definitely return to this place if I ever come back to Siesta Keys. 9/10. (Would be 10/10 if bathroom had a vent).

We booked a last minute weekend getaway and this property was awesome! The property was clean and the beds were so comfortable! The beach gear was a great addition and made our beach days so convenient! We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location with direct beach access. Not enough towels for kitchen. Very low amount of coffee and when I called all I got was a voicemail. The only way we got a little more coffee was from the maintenance man which he took from the first floor that wasn’t being used because of an A/C issue. The advertisement of private beach access is misleading which was completely flooded and loaded with mosquitoes.It is highly suggested that Altez Vacations builds a deck to have proper access to the beach. Also, the clothes washer/dryer you have to deposit quarters to use! Unbelievable!!! Paid Almost $1200 to stay 3 nights and you can’t even offer free laundry?!?!

Great Beachside Condo

Everything went very well for us during our 8-day stay during the Sarasota Jazz Festival. Anything we needed that was not initially provided was taken care of very quickly. Nice amount and quality of beach chairs and umbrellas. Very nice place just a short walk for the best beach in the USA!
