The Seaspray Resort was just perfect, modern, exceptionally clean, comfortable and just minutes from the beach. The cute little beach trolley made up for us was a fabulous idea and made our days on the beach stylish and comfortable… highly recommend this property and would most definitely book again if I ever come back to Siesta Key!

The room was clean, really spacious and smelled great. It was tastefully decorated and had everything you needed. The property itself was peaceful and had a really nice pool area. The location close to the veach was really convenient. We were arriving ate after the office had closed and i couldn't find my check in instructions. I was able to contact the GM of the property and she was able to assist me. This is a great olace to stay.

No, ocean not visible -room was perfect for what we needed. Wish we would’ve known there weren’t elevators -was a little cumbersome dragging roller luggage up 3 flights of stairs, but otherwise enjoyed the property and the cleanliness of the room.

The staff is amazing. This is our new fav spot in Siesta Key. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach bags at no additional cost. The place is located at beach marker 10 and a very short walk to the beach. Rooms are immaculate. The grounds are pristine. We will definitely be coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cute & Quaint Beach Getaway We loved our stay at this cute and quaint little property! Our one-bedroom unit was perfect for me and my husband — plenty of space for a short stay. The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the beds were very comfy. It had a microwave and a full-size fridge, which was all we needed, though some units appear to have full kitchens. The pool area was small but super cute and well kept, with towels already laid out on each chair — such a nice touch! The property also provides luxury beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for the beach, plus a matching cooler bag in the room that came in handy. There’s no separate ice maker (just the one in the fridge, but a little local grocery store is just a two-minute drive or a short walk away.if you need extra ice. The property is about a half block from the beach — an easy walk. The beach itself is wide (like most of Siesta Key), so there’s a bit of a walk once you reach the sand, but we didn’t mind. The closest beach access is right across the street with no parking, and there’s a larger public access about two miles away with parking, bathrooms, a concession stand, and lifeguards. Check-in was smooth, communication was great, and we even saved about $20 per night booking through Expedia. Overall, a charming, clean, and convenient place for a relaxing Siesta Key getaway. 🌴

The property was in the perfect location! Walk on direction and you are standing on a beautiful beach in under 5 mins. Walk the other direction and you are on the strip with lots of wonderful places to eat in undet 10 mins. We will be going back.

We did not stay at SeaSpray Resort. Upon our arrival, the property had very low lighting. One could only see their sign. We were not able to identify the parking lot or the assigned unit. The property felt unsafe. As a result, we booked elsewhere. We made an attempt to contact the property, no one answered the phone. To be fair, I cannot rate the property.
