Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We were given the wrong address to begin with. I messaged the owner through the app and after no response we called him. After explaining who we were and why we were calling we finally received the correct address. We chose this property for the proximity to the beach that was on the listing. Those were inaccurate. If I would of known I would of chosen another location. After finally arriving we discovered the dishes in the cabinet were dirty so I had to wash them to even eat the dinner we got delivered. The 2nd bathrooms shower mat was disgusting to the point my 13 year old asked to use the main shower. The trash can in the main bathroom had trash in it already then we also discovered trash in the 2nd bedroom behind the trash can.We never could figure out how to get half the kitchen lights to work so never ate at the counter. Next time I will definitely pick a different place to stay.
