* I was disappointed that I never heard from the property manager - I thought they would contact me and tell me about the check-in process. 3 days before we arrived in Sarasota, I called to find out the address/ Unit # and to make sure we were on their list. Maybe I’m wrong - I just thought they would’ve contacted me . 😔

Jamaica Royale unit 99
The condo was absolutely beautiful !! Very clean . The bedrooms were great and comfortably fit the 6 of us .
The kitchen has everything you need . I would suggest garbage bags as we couldn’t find any extra and went got some . Did need extra toilet paper also . But it was not an inconvenience as everything else we needed was there . It is a little of a walk to the beach but there was a nice beach wagon in the storage box so we in turn left two beach umbrella’s. Plenty of towels and beach towels to go around !! Kudos to the owners and property staff for maintaining such a beautiful space for my little family get away !!
