Perfect location
We loved the location- and the villa was lovely. Looks like kitchen and one bath were recently updated - everything we needed was there. Odd as it may seem- it was very “dimly lit.” Seemed like all the bulbs were very low and the upholstery/ rugs could use a good cleaning. Master mattress and bedding was a little worn . We love Island House though! Great management- pool was very clean and the beach is unbeatable

The place we stayed in was very clean and close to the beach and pool. It was absolutely perfect. It wasn’t too close to downtown and the noise but close enough to catch the trolleys that would stop throughout the day to pick you up.

great beach cottage
exactly as advertised. nice condo, quiet and with beach access. I have been visiting the area for over 20 years and am familiar with the village and the key. Nice place. The condo had a few light bulbs out or missing, but was very clean. Separate MBR and bath is huge, guest room is great for kids and guests.
