We've stayed here twice now and it's exactly what we need. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The place was clean, well stocked and spacious enough. The patio area is nice to sit at for dinner, coffee or socializing. The beach gear available for borrowing is a very nice, extra perk. We will look to stay here again in the future.

We loved this little slice of heaven! The unit was very clean and updated, with plenty of space for the three of us. It was an easy walk down a very quiet side street to the beautiful private beach. There were lots of bars, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. The free trolley stops right in front of the unit and will take you anywhere you want to go on the island. John was an amazing host and extremely prompt in replying to my questions. The pictures don't do this place justice - it's even nicer in person! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful experience! It was perfect for a girls’ weekend which included me, my mother & my 12 yr old daughters. There was enough restaurants in walking distance, the beach was in walking distance and we appreciated the trolley and frog hopper to get to Turtle Beach for kayaking.

We loved everything about this rental! There are so many fun restaurants and bars within walking distance! There's also the convenience of the trolley stop right across the street for trips into the Village. The pool was nice and the beach was very close. This place has a great location. Minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The cottage was stocked with amenities so we did not have to worry about the small things. Would stay here again.

Property is very clean with newer furnishings. Listing is accurate. Great location for beach access. Many eateries and stores within 5 minute walk. Stayed in late December and can say Siesta Key is close to fully recovered from the hurricane.
