We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key with our family. The house worked out perfectly for all of us! Our grandchildren had so much fun playing with all of the toys and loved swimming in the pool. Terry was so easy to communicate with and was so responsive to any questions etc! Thanks for a great vacation on Siesta Key!

Beautiful and spacious home with all the amenities e.g. chefs kitchen, ample rooms, bathrooms and indoor outdoor space to spread out. Perfect for large families, those with small children or a multi-couple/friend retreat. Our family of 5 felt right at home with children ages 17-23. 5-10 min drive to restaurants, grocery, activities, shopping and the best beaches. 2 bikes on sight for cruising around, wagon, chairs, cooler and other items for a full day at the beach. Sean and Terry were terrific and engaging hosts. Can’t wait to go back!

Every convenience & great location

Home was very spacious, didn’t even use some of the rooms. Well equipped kitchen , ample linens and comfortable beds. Pool area and outside space was fantastic for cook out and hanging in. Vanda was very attentive to our requests and great follow up, exterior needs a little love but overall enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for a well manged, well organized experience. The home was spacious and excellently appointed. It had everything we needed including a great location. The bedrooms and bathrooms were better that the best hotels. I am looking for another opportunity to rent it again!

Fabulous home and location!!!!

Home is very beautiful, spacious & clean. It looks just like the pictures plus more! It is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Everyone traveling did not want to leave! It is in a good location close to beach and Siesta Village is just a short drive away. Ubers are there with in minutes to pick you up if you don't want to drive or have a vehicle. Monica is a pleasure to work with and very responsive if you have any questions or problems. If you are looking for a vacation and place to stay this is the perfect home, you will not disappointed!

Beautiful spacious home! Very close to the beach. Tennis nearby. Private Pool.

We absolutely enjoyed this home! The online pictures are very accurate. There were four adults and two three year olds vacationing. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen is supremely equipped and a dream to cook in. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The outdoor eating area and patio are gorgeous! We loved the all the windows and glass doors along the backside of the house with views of the pool and manicured landscaping. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with which was a big plus for us. They also installed a much appreciated fence around the pool as a safety precaution for the little ones. The property manager, Monica, was super responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the pool and hot tub not being clean when we first arrived. While the delay in being able to enjoy the absolutely beautiful pool was disappointing, Monica had the pool maintenance company out to remedy the problem within 24 hours. The owners were also responsive and accommodating. The house is convenient to the beach and Siesta Village. We participated in multiple tennis clinics at the IMG Academy which was about 20 minutes away. We really loved this house and hated to go!

Great property, great location, great vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home! It was extremely clean, well-maintained, super spacious, loved the master bathroom, a fabulous kitchen with all the amenities we needed and the lanai area with grill and pool - well it was the icing on the cake! The property is walking distance to Shell beach and breathtaking sunsets and only a few minutes drive to everywhere else you want to be! Siesta Key Beach and Siesta village restaurants is a 7 minute drive and it's about 15 -20 away to more fabulous restaurants and shopping. Monica was a pleasure to work with and absolutely very responsive! Thank you for making it a fun and stress-free vacation! We look forward to bringing friends and family with us next time!

The home was beautiful and spacious with a lovely private pool area. Our family of 8 adults enjoyed our stay very much! It was an easy walk to Shell Beach & N. Patterson Bay Island Park for morning & evening walks. It was wonderfully furnished with seating areas to accommodate our 8 whether around a large dining room table or to sit & chat in the family room area or pool area. In particular, we were extremely please with Monica, the property manager, who was very responsive to all of our requests & questions! This was so appreciated! A Very Lovely Visit!

Great Siesta Key vacation base camp!

My family just spent 10 days in this great house over the Christmas holidays. The location on the north end of the island made it an ideal base camp for our forays into Sarasota and throughout Siesta Key. The house is in great condition and it has a super kitchen. There's a very private pool/spa area as well. Plus, the property manager is attentive and vigilant. The property is highly recommended.
