This 4th floor unit, with an elevator, is steps from the beach and a short walk to several restaurants, a Tiki bar, an island grocery store and water sports/ boating. Welcome to Crescent Arms on beautiful siesta key Florida. If you are looking for your vacation to be on the best beach and have the most beautiful sunsets, then you are in luck.
There are two separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed plus a double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/pots and pans/utensils/appliances and has everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your beach comfort and enjoyment. The lanai has a gulf view and there is a laundry room conveniently located on the 4th floor. The condo has a designated, covered parking spot on site, BBQ grills, a heated pool and is truly a beach paradise.
