We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren for our vacation at the Beach Palm Villa! It’s a beautiful home with everything you need for your stay! All the rooms, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely updated and we loved the open concept of the home. They had a high chair, all the kitchen appliances and essentials you could need, beach items and child safety features including door alarms. The host was very prompt in responding anytime needed. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the main beach access and parking. We would definitely recommend!

A perfect vacation spot

The home is beautiful! It's updated, clean, well appointed and welcoming. It's close to downtown, a quick walk to the beach, and we appreciated the beach accessories. The pool heater didn't work for the first few days, and an HVAC technician wasn't available, but we got it working and then the entire unit was replaced on our last day, so there shouldn't be any issues. For a week's stay with 9 people, we did need to shop for dish soap, laundry detergent, and condiments. We wouldn't hesitate to return someday! It was hard to leave!

Outstanding Property

House was exceptionally clean, well stocked and excellent amenities. A wonderful property in a great neighborhood. The only minor drawback was one neighbor who didn’t seem to like children being in the pool. We have two young grandchildren who played in the pool each day and made some noise like, well, children. The neighbor behind the house didn’t seem happy about it.

Nice family time

Property is nice perfect location but it could use an upgrade on everything. Property management only provided a 2-3 day of toiletries supply for 10 people staying 10 days. This is the first time among many times of stay at VRBO that has not a single supply of starter kits for the kitchen like salt and pepper. We had a very nice family get together though and and the pool was clean but was not warm enough for some of us. Overall, we had a nice stay.

We absolutely loved our two weeks in Siesta! The home was clean and had everything we needed. We loved riding the provided bikes to the village for coffee in the morning. The putting green was so fun! The pool was the perfect temperature. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great time!

Pretty perfect. Location was excellent, ten minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the village. The property came with all the beach gear we needed and included bikes. Pool was heated and perfect. Interior was just as indicated in the listing. We had a great time including my 94 yr old mother. Single floor living was great for her.
