A great stay.

Great property, views of the intercoastal and the ocean in the distance. Beach, and restaurants within walking distance. The property had a beautiful and warm pool, tennis, and Pickleball courts. The staff was very friendly and the condo was very clean. The only negative was it was a little noisy due to the traffic on the bridge.

Condo was very clean. The hallway smelled, the water pressure in the sinks was very low.

Very clean, well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Beach was across the street from the condo and had very limited space. Kept being asked to move by Beach Attendants.

PH8 was great!

Easy checkin, No communication with property manager was needed. Stayed at Anchorage many times. More noise abatement on the south side would be great, PH8 was quieter than other floors I've been on. Descriptions should note it as I talked to some new guests that said that the noise really upset them.

Great condo and location

We had a great time. The condo is clean and has everything you could need. Check in was easy, however the people in the office were not friendly or welcoming. We had an owner of a unit yell at us and call my husband and some young girl names because she had on a bathing suit with shorts and my son had his shirt off returning from the beach. There are no signs anywhere, yet this lady took it upon herself to patrol the entrance and yell at people coming and going. Other than that, it was amazing!

Lovely space! Great location!

Lovely space, fantastic location so close to pristine beach. Good responsive communication with manager. Only issue was we were told after checking out that we’d be charged a fee for excessive cleaning because we didn’t follow checkout cleaning instructions. When I told manager the only instructions we had received were to empty garbage they reviewed their contract, found that I was correct, and did not charge us.
