The staff was super nice, room was spacious. My only complaint is that my "do not disturb" was on, but someone still went inside my room (waste bin was cleaned), and also the room is not soundproofed, you will hear the karaoke from the bars near the river and the noise from the other guests outside the main door.

We had a wonderful stay at the Apsara over a total of 5 nights. The location is excellent to explore Siem Reap, hotel food is very good and the rooms are immaculate. But the real stars are the staff - every single person was friendly, professional and always willing to help, with a smile. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Staff were super kind and helpful. Cleanliness could be improved and especially sustainability. No bin in the toilet for toilet tissue, so had to be flushed down, little tubs of shower gel and shampoo adding to plastic waste etc. Other than that beautiful hotel in very convenient location. This place was in a good location, about 10 minute walk from Pub Street, the night market, etc. I had a couple issues with broken things in the room (shower head not working, toilet leaking), but at least the hotel staff were understanding in attempting to fix things quickly. I was glad to be on the first floor, as there's no elevator here.
