Side Royal palace hotel

We had a fantastic 7 days holiday in Side royal palace hotel, the all inclusive food was great especially the seafood night there’s plenty of options to choose. Our room 2016 is always being cleaned everyday. The spa was amazing me and my wife had a relaxing massage. The ala cart restaurant is also a must to try but you have to book it in advance. The beach area is 10 minutes walk from the hotel, plenty of sunbed and there’s food and drinks including alcohol. Lastly all the staffs are very friendly and very helpful especially Sevilay Can who I get in touch with for all my queries.

The rooms are excellent and the hotel has many amenities. The buffet food is typical buffet food and nothing special, but fills your belly. We ended up eating out after the first day. We visited the spa and were very pleased with our experience. My only complaint is that the first day we arrived, our Air conditioning in the room did not work. It was already a bit later in the evening when we discovered this so we sucked it up and didn’t notify the staff until the morning. However when we did notify the staff, it took us asking three times until the issue was fixed. The third employee we asked saw to it that the problem was fixed right away, while the previous two we asked it ended up taking over 3-4 hours for someone to come out and they still didn’t fix it. Thank you to the third employee that made sure the issue was resolved as staying in a hot room was unpleasant. After the ac was fixed, our stay was pleasing.

The entertainment team and evening shows were fantastic. Food tasty. Rooms clean and comfortable. Disco wasn’t every night which was a bit disappointing. Beautiful beach, shallow for a long way out.

A little taste of paradise

This was our second visit to Royal Palace , the Hotel is fabulous , the rooms luxurious the decor and furnishings of a very high standard . Food in the buffet was plentiful with lots of choice , tasty and fresh.

Hyvä kokonaisuus. Siistiä, paitsi kerran viikon aikana siivous oli huoneessa heikko - kylpyhuonetta ei oltu pesty. Saimme saapuessa korotuksen huoneeseen. Hotellilla oli kivoja aktiviteetteja. Sisäaltaan vesi oli todella lämmintä, joskin allas ei ollut järin suuri.

Agréable

Le séjour a été très agréable. L’hôtel est près de la plage où il y a un bar avec snack ce qui permet de rester plus longtemps sur la plage. Le seul bémol est que il y a une partie du personnel qui est plus serviable si vous êtes russes ou allemands. Ils ne nous parlaient qu’en allemand alors que je faisais l’effort de parler un peu turc et que je parle également anglais. Certaines personnes du restaurant étaient parfois assez désagréables. Il faut que ces personnes fassent des efforts pour avoir le sourire. Malgré tout nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au soleil et nous retournerons volontiers dans cette hôtel.

Hotellet är placerad vid ett väldigt bra område, service samt städningen var väldigt bra. Drinkarna var väldigt goda samt deras salladsbar och mezen var suverän i smak. För lite solstolar jämfört med storleken på hotellet vilket fick oss och få vänta länge för att kunna sola. Sängen var obekväm då den var hård i skick. Maten smakade bra, mindre bra just när det kommer till utbudet då det var flera sorter av samma mat varje dag.

Das Hotel war semi vielfältig. Das Personal hat uns jedoch kaum ernst genommen. Wir waren 6-7 mal wegen dem gleichen Sauberkeitsproblem bei der Reception und bis zum Auschecken wurde das nicht behoben. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche getauscht. Der Pool war wegen einem kurzen Gewitter dreckig und wurde erst 1-2 Tage gereinigt, wo wir schon auschecken mussten.
