My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments:
1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes.
2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape.
3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish restaurant, our friends had the same thing (the next day I came again and we were still given the option of an Italian restaurant).
4) on the third day of vacation, my husband woke up with food poisoning, and spent the remaining 4 days lying in the room with a temperature of 39 ° C and vomiting. We talked to many people in the hotel, and almost everyone had food poisoning with similar symptoms (this is at least 6 people).
5) Every evening until 11:30 pm there is very loud music playing, which prevents you from sleeping.
