Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den Angaben und ist hervorragend mit allem voll ausgestattet. Sehr, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Lage zu Strand (einem der Schönsten in der Umgebung), Einkaufs- u. Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sehr gut. Straßenlärm stört nur bedingt ein wenig - man geht im Urlaub ja nicht um 22 Uhr schlafen. Ein Lob an die Vermieter.

Casa vacanza Siculiana

Esperienza molto positiva da ogni punto di vista. La casa è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, pulitissima, completa di ogni suppellettile , utensileria da cucina e biancheria.La proprietaria è stata disponibilissima, ci ha accolti dandoci buoni consigli su come muoverci in zona e su cosa visitare. La spiaggia si trova ad appena cinque minuti dalla casa: sabbia sottilissima e fondali bassi , meravigliosa!!! L'unico appunto negativo che mi sento di fare è riferito alla mancanza di negozi, per fare la spesa bisogna andare in paese in macchina, ma sono soltanto due chilometri. Ci sono comunque diversi ristoranti e qualche bar che vivacizzano il sito dando alternanza alla quiete che è dominante. Una vera vacanza di relax!

Vacanza fantastica

Abbiamo soggiornato per 1 settimana a Siculiana Marina nel delizioso appartamento della Signora, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ubicato alla distanza di una passeggiatina di pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, si accede all'appartamento da una via decisamente tranquilla, si ha a disposizione un parcheggio recintato dirimpetto all'ingresso che è composto da un funzionale terrazzo coperto che consente di depositare tutto il materiale da spiaggia senza ingombrare e inoltre dispone di un comodissimo rubinetto con gomma per rimuovere agevolmente la sabbia residua da piedi, ciabatte ecc. (abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'erogazione di acqua calda anche da questo rubinetto). Da qui si accede all'appartamento, un lungo corridoio conduce al bagno e lateralmente si trovano una camera doppia con letti singoli, una stanza con un tavolo, il frigorifero, un fornello elettrico ed un forno a microonde (stanza utilissima come dispensa), segue una camera ancora più ampia della prima con letto matrimoniale (tutte le camere dispongono di ampi armadi e cassettiera) ed infine la zona giorno che comprende da un lato la zona cucina (forno, fornelli lavandino, scolapiatti, pensiline e lavatrice) e dall'altro due comodi divani ( libri, Tv, decoder, e Wi-Fi), dalla porta finestra si accede ad una grande terrazza, anch'essa coperta, con vista sul mare (al centro del molo) dalla bellezza impagabile, i pranzi e le cene che abbiamo consumato sul terrazzo sono sempre stati accompagnati da una leggera brezza rendendoli di una gradevolezza assoluta! Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo e completo di tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe avere bisogno (ferro ed asse da stiro, qualsiasi tipo di utensile e di prodotti per la casa, tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere). Gli arredi sono ben curati e ricchi di suppellettili inoltre tutte le pareti interne hanno dei colori che ti regalano la sensazione di essere in una casa delle bambole, a completare il tutto una serie di riviste riguardanti le varie attrazioni che si possono visitare, il tutto indorato dalla gentilezza, disponibilità e dall'ospitalità della Signora e del marito. Posso asserire senza indugio che sia il miglior appartamento nel quale abbiamo soggiornato.

Séjour marina Siculiana

La gentillesse de Lilly et de Fabio s' harmonise avec les beaux paysages de la Sicile. La maison de la Marina où nous avons passé 2 semaines est bien agencée. Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse face à la mer où nous prenions tout nos repas.. Belle plage pour la baignade et découverte agréable de petits villages et de sites historiques,sans oublier l'Etna. Bien Amicalement Roger et Marie-Claude ,

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piacevole appartamento in Siculiana Marina ,scelto per caso ; l'appartamento è comodo e ben tenuto, dotato di posto auto privato, ma soprattutto ha un fantastico, grande terrazzo con vista sul mare dove consumavamo le nostre colazioni e le cene (quando non si andava al ristorante). Situato a meno di cinque minuti a piedi dalla grande spiaggia principale,Siculiana Marina è una piccola borgata con un paio di alberghi, altrettanti ristoranti ed un negozio.la posizione è perfetta per le varie escursioni nella provincia : la Valle dei Templi la Scala dei Turchi , la riserva naturale di Torresalsa. Le spiaggie nei dintorni sono tante , ma Siculiana Marina è la più frequentata da numerosi turisti, anche se non si ha mai la sensazione di essere gomito a gomito con altri bagnanti. Tuttavia basta spostarsi alla fine della spiaggia e percorrere a guado un centinaio di metri per entrare nella riserva di Torre Salsa, dove si aprono chilometri di spiagge incontaminate e quasi deserte, un vero paradiso! Grazie a Lilly, la proprietaria dell'appartamento per la sua cortesia e disponibilità; sicuramente torneremo.
