Fantastic stay

We had such a lovely week at Villa Yana with our toddler, his grandmother and aunt. The property catered perfectly to all of us, and we were all very comfortably accommodated at night in our own rooms. Nathalie was a welcoming and friendly host, who went out of her way to make our arrival as effortless as possible - we are very grateful to her! We will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely time here. It was within easy reach by car of numerous supermarkets and lovely villages. Lovely sea views and very quiet. a very enjoyable break for a family of 4.

STUNNING!

The villa was beautiful and Nathalie made us feel so welcome on our arrival and was available throughout the week for any queries or questions we had about the area or the villa. Everything had been thought of - even pancakes and local cider in the fridge to welcome us :) Sharing the pool worked out really well after initially being concerned about this. The hot tub was great too. The house layout worked well for our needs. Only thing to note is that the mattresses in the twin room aren't really made for adults. The beaches were stunning and the area had plenty of things for us to do - the Aquarium at Brest is a must and Roscoff was our favourite place to visit and the trip on the boat to the Isle de Baits is well worth doing. We would definitely visit again and stay at the villa without question. Thankyou for a very memorable holiday.

Superb Villa and super friendly welcome

We have stayed in a large number of villas across Europe and we can honesty say this has been one of the best. The Villa is super clean and modern with a fantastic pool and lovely big hot tub. The owner Natahlie couldn’t have been anymore friendly and helpful and was on hand to provide advice and accommodate any requests we had. This is a superb area, quiet and relaxed with a couple of bars in walking distance. We really recommend this place.

Beautiful Villa and Facilities

Great visit to France, the property was everything it said in the description. Beautiful pool and Spa. Nathalie was very welcoming on our arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend this property for groups of friends or families as everything you need is there. The beach is on the doorstep and easy walks along the coastline. The local village is quiet, good pub and great meals at Hotel La Marine.

This house is the perfect choice for a family holiday, with good conditions, pool and Jacuzzi. When you are not out experiencing the lovely surroundings and nature by the coast.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand, umgeben von Feldern mit Sicht zum Meer aus der oberen Etage. das Meer ist ca. 100 m entfernt, ein kleiner Badestrand, den man bei Flut nutzen kann ebenfalls. Weitere Bademöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Fantastische Ausstattung des Hauses, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Indoor-Pool ist gemeinsam mit dem Nachbarhaus nutzbar, was aber überhaupt kein Problem darstellt, schöner großer Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Im Schuppen Spielsachen und gute Fahrräder, die wir aber nicht nutzten. Der Zölnerpfad, ein Küstenwanderweg, führt quasi am Haus vorbei, schöne Strände in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin Nathalie war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns bei Anreise sehr nett empfangen und war auch bei eventuellen Problemen erreichbar (was wir zum Glück nicht nutzen mussten). Im Haus liegen 3 Ordner mit Ausflugs- Restaurant- und Einkaufstipps, sehr ausführlich zusammengefasst. Fazit: Sehr gut ausgestattetes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus, unbedingt empfehlenswert, wenn man eine ruhige Lage in schöner bretonischer Küstenlandschaft sucht.

Erholung Pur

Wir haben unsere diesjährigen Herbstferien in Sibiril verbracht. Es war unser sechster Aufenthalt in der Bretagne. Die Gegend hat wunderschöne, vielseitige Strände zu bieten und ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich einmal wieder richtig zu erholen. Das Haus hat dazu einen grossen Beitrag geleistet. Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Wir sind am Ende unseres Aufenthalts voller Energie abgereist. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Natthalie und ihren Mann!

Séjour en famille exceptionnel

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacance en famille exceptionnelle au sein de cette superbe villa. Tout était absolument parfait. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. Notre séjour à pu se dérouler sans aucune difficulté grace aux nombreux équipements se trouvant sur place. Nous avons profité de la piscine, du spa, des vélos ainsi que du cadre que nous offrait cette villa de par son accès direct à la plage. Nous recommandons cette location. C'est l'endroit idéale pour passer de superbes vacances!

Wir kommen wieder

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Indoorschwimmbad (nur mit der anderen Haushälfte geteilt) und eigenem Whirlpool. Auch sonst ist die Ausstattung sehr gut - große Duschen, bequeme Betten und auch in der Küche gibt es ein paar Extras wie Nespressomaschine und Filtermaschine zur Wahl oder einen Stabmixer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfreich mit Tipps, zB. für die besten Croissants der Gegend. Zum Meer sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Dort gibt es viele Felsen zum Klettern und auch den ein oder anderen Strand. Wer in den Badeurlaub möchte, sollte sich allerdings eine andere Ecke der Welt aussuchen. Dafür gibt es tolle Küsten mit Felsen und Leuchttürmen, sehr schöne Städte wie Quimper oder Roscoff und vieles mehr zu entdecken. Auch kulinarisch ist die Bretagne immer eine Reise wert. Was wir bisher noch an keinem Reiseziel hatten - hier wollen alle noch einmal hin.

Traumhaft!

Wir haben Ende August zu viert Urlaub gemacht. Der Aufenthalt war in allen Belangen traumhaft. Wir haben die Bretagne zum ersten Mal besucht und waren begeistert: Angefangen von der unglaublichen Natur und Landschaft mit den wunderschönen Stränden, über idyllische kleine Ortschaften, bis hin zur perfekten Unterkunft. Neben der tollen Lage in direkter Meernähe lässt die Villa keine Wünsche offen. Ob Innenpool, Jacuzzi oder Fahrräder, das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Unserer besonderer Dank geht an Nathalie, die dafür Sorge trug, dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten und die Woche in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Au revoir et à bientôt

We are an American-French family of 5 and we spent a wonderful week as a family . Although it rained most days we still had several afternoons at the local beaches with sun and protection from the wind in the little coves. We took walks and did some bike rides as well. We rented the bikes from Nathalie and they were perfect. Everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi, but especially our older teens. Nathalie’s recommendations were perfect. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Le Theven. We spent a half day at Roscoff and enjoyed the crepes at Les Amours Jaune. Thank you Nathalie for all your great recommendations and your warm welcome!

Erholsamer Urlaub im Traumhaus

Wir haben hier im Juli Urlaub gemacht und uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Nathalie die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles ist neu und sauber, Pool und Whirlpool werden jeden dritten Tag gereinigt. Das Haus liegt in Strandnähe - um dorthin zu gelangen, macht man einen kurzen Spaziergang von maximal fünf Minuten. Um auch noch eine kleine Kritik zu äußern: Terrasse und Garten könnten mehr Schatten vertragen. Wir hatten 14 Tage fast komplett schönes sonniges Wetter und da verbrennt man sich durchaus schnell, wenn man draußen sitzt.

Magnifique !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. De l'accueil jusqu'à notre départ, Mme POSTEC a été une hôtesse parfaite. Que dire de la maison... Elle est également parfaite, au calme, très bien conçue avec des matériaux de qualité, spacieuse, confortable, très bien équipé, bref le top où nous n'avons qu'à déposé nos valises et profiter. Sans oublier la piscine et le jacuzzi pour se détendre. Nous y retournons à coup sur.

Parfait...

Que dire de cette villa si ce n'est qu'elle répond à toutes les demandes... Bien située, dans un calme absolu, proche de l'eau, des commerces à proximité, et au centre d'un tas de visites possibles... La villa est très propre et vraiment fonctionnelle (semaine passée avec 5 adultes et un bébé sans aucun problème!). Rien ne manque, tout est bien pensé. La piscine intérieure est vraiment appréciable, et que dire du jacuzzi extérieur le soir... Malgré les 1400 km de route (Antibes => Roscoff), je ne regrette pas et je recommande vivement cette location!

Ein „Kleinod“ im Nordwesten der Bretagne …

Den positiven Bewertungen früherer Gäste kann man fast nichts mehr hinzufügen. Die beiden Ferienvillen sind top von der Architektur und geschmackvollen Ausstattung. Ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Nur einige Meter zu einem schönen Naturhafen und Sandstrand. Meerrauschen inklusive. Auch für nur 2 Personen überaus zu empfehlen. Viele positive Aspekte gehen aus der Beschreibung des Hauses gar nicht so richtig hervor, bspw. das Elternschlafzimmer mit 2 Fenstern über Eck und Meerblick. Der direkte Zugang aus dem Badezimmer im EG über eine abschließbare Tür in die gepflegte Schwimmhalle. Zwei ebenerdige Duschen in bester Qualität. Ein WC im EG und OG ( dort separat ). Ein großer Jacuzzi-Pool im Garten für jedes Haus uvm.. Die überlegte und durchdachte Anordnung der Häuser, Terrassen und Gärten garantiert eine nahezu vollständige Privatsphäre. Die Besitzerin – Mme Postec – ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für zwei schöne Wochen in ihrem Haus. Wir waren auf jeden Fall begeistert, kommen sicher einmal wieder und werden diese Ferienhäuser unseren Freunden und Bekannten uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
