The stay was perfect. The reservation process was absolutely horrible. The lady from hotels.com was extremely rude while I was trying to explain what went wrong with my reservation. After a week of unsuccessfully trying to remedy the errors in my reservation I decided to work with the motel in person. Upon my arrival in Show Low I was told my reservation had been cancelled. I DID NOT cancel it. I now need to request reimbursement of 119.71 which was charged same day I made my reservation. Since I DID NOT cancel my reservation I’m requesting that the $9.00 which was included in that $119.71 be refunded as well. Ps. My credit card statement arrived before I went on my trip and the charge of 119.71 has already been paid. Your expedient response would be appreciated
