Excellent place, we will be back!

The place was really clean, which is a huge plus for an OCD person :) We loved the cabin to ourselves vs an adjoining hotel room. The bottled toiletries were excellent. The kitchen utensils and cookware were beyond ample. We would have loved to use the grill and picnic table right outside out front door, but we didn't have time or the right food. We made sandwiches and ate lunch out on our front porch deck table. We enjoyed the mini golf, the basketball court, and playing pool. We didn't use the pool area, but many were. There is a lot to do an see in the area. Sunrise Ski Resort is definitely worth the drive

The resort was great. Unfortunately, they started doing winter hours for the pool and hot tub at 8 PM, our second day staying there. I would prefer it to stay at 10 PM but other than that it was great.

The staff at PVC was awesome, especially Katrina! The room was beautiful and clean and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the mini golf, the pool, the sports areas, and relaxing in our cabin. Bonus that we went in Fall and the leaves had changed and they were beautiful. The only problem we had was that the staff at the Roundhouse side of the property was cold and rude both times. The first time we accidentally ended up in the wrong building for check in. The girl came 40 minutes later and was not kind in addressing the mistake. For reference this was our first time there. The other rude person was an older lady who told us during our recreation to be quieter as they were"working" in their office. I can honestly say we would 100% stay again because of the PVC staff but would steer clear of the Roundhouse resort staff. We plan to go back someday.

Front desk was very accomodating. Bethany sent texts about check out, asking if there was anything we needed. Very prompt replys, checked out games and a puzzle to us. The rec center was great! Pool was a great temp and the hot tub felt great after a long day out. Not a lot of people around.

Kitchen was set up with a real coffee pot, real glasses and plates. Dinning area was very comfortable. Front porch was nice... beautiful trees... flaming maple and pines. Bed was perfect... not too hard - not too soft! The only thing I could say I would change was the living room furniture was not very comfortable... but we did not spend much time there... cards, dinner and breakfast we were at the dining table. Out doors activities looked fun... but it rained the whole weekend! We did manage to get to the mountain coaster ride... (fun) and also a raptor show (excellent!). Both places were easy to get to from Roundhouse.
