Very "average" hotel. Upon check-in was quite disappointed about being told their would be a "hotel service charge" of $13.00+ daily added to our room charge. When we inquired about this charge that was not disclosed at the time of making our reservation, we were told it is "like a resort fee." This facility is about as far from a resort as one could get. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

We stayed for 3 nights - When we checked in we were told that we needed to park our boat and truck at the far end of the parking lot. Our room was at the opposite end of the hotel. When I asked if we could be moved to a room that was closer to our trailer I was told quite abruptly no. No explanation given. This was after I waited patiently for her to finish a personal conversation with another employee about social media. After 5 minutes of being completely ignored by her, I kindly interrupted and asked about being moved. Our room was cleaned one time and then she only emptied the trash bin. She did not leave any toilet paper even though it was quite obvious that we needed some. I had to go looking for some myself. I had used some of the coffee pods the first morning but housekeeping did not replace the used ones nor did they pick up the used ones and the used coffee cup. One morning as I was leaving the elevator a different employee was blocking the area with her maid cart. I had to ask her to move so I could exit the elevator!!! so rude - as we were leaving the final day I asked a supervisor why we could not change rooms and she said it was because the were completely booked. Find that hard to believe since the parking lot only had about six cars in it.

A tad disappointed.

First, I was told $35 to check in an hour early. That's just greedy. I've never heard of that. I had to get ready for a 3 o'clock appt at a gas station. Then, the wall paper was peeling off the wall in our room and the carpet was torn. Then we went to the pool and the pool was so cold my wife couldn't swim in it as she has FM. The hot tub had a serious foam problem (which is easy to take care of if anyone is paying attention). Girl at desk at check-in was kind of cold and the other girl at the desk at check out, when I mentioned the freezing pool said, "I love it cold". Other than that it was great. Won't stay there again though. Plenty of other hotels in that area.

This place was an older place, but it was clean. The room that was assigned to us was on the second floor, located directly over the front entrance of the hotel. We could hear the automatic door slide open every time someone walked through and it created a very loud, rumbling noise in our room. We heard it all night long and did not get much sleep. I had approached the front desk about the issue, and the unfriendly desk clerk stated, there was nothing they could do about it. I requested another room but he told me because I booked through a third party, (Expedia) they could not accommodate us. We stuck out for 2 nights. I would not book there again!

Just ok

While the room we stayed in was handicap room it was small and hard to move around. Bathroom was spacious but the shower seat looked dirty and rusty. Floor looked like it hadn't been washed. It looked like shoe prints were on the floor. Wallpaper was peeling off and you could see where it was glued back on. A few holes from previous wheelchairs.

We have just completed a 3,000 mile trip, staying as far north as Glacier National Park, and down through Yellowstone, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Canyon Lands, The Arches, and Monument Valley. Our favorite hotel stay this time and for years has been this property. It feels almost like home with great rooms, indoor pool & hot tub and great free breakfasts. Higher priced hotels do not mean better hotels. We recommend you try this one.

Great stay. My only complaint was on the TV’s. Sound through the TV is bad. A sound bar would be good. The hotel has a gal who makes awesome tasting cookies fresh! Sorry I missed her peanut butter cookies!

The staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful with the exception of whoever called us ahead of time. We were a “pay at the property” and the lady basically told us if she can’t charge our card ahead of time, we can’t stay there. Very rude lady. Thought about not staying there because of that but luckily we never had to encounter her face to face!
