I like that the free breakfast in the morning was an actual restaurant connected to the hotel. It was spacious with plenty of seating, clean and great food and staff!!! You actually could choose from 5 different breakfast entrees, and you didn't have to be anxious of it being too busy that you had to wait and you could hear your conversation with your people since they didn't try to cram the place full of table. It was perfect!!!

The door lock broke, they fixed it very quickly , great service. Couldn't move shower head , but was ok. DO Not eat the breakfast, it was cold and not good The staff is great

We always request the same room upon booking and luckily they have been able to accommodate our ask. The staff is always friendly and helpful and it’s great that the Show Low Cafe is now open again, which means a free fresh, hot breakfast. (Please don’t cheap out on tipping your waiter/waitress though, they are great and deserve it!) Anyways, we have been building a house up here and have stayed at this place many times over the last couple of years and will continue to. No, it’s not a five star resort, but the price is right and it works great for us!

The room was clean. The property is pet friendly, which is a must for us. There is a nice outdoor pool. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to use it. Good location. Nice attached restaurant with good food, reasonable prices.
