Such a shame

Avoid. The receptionist tried to make us pay twice and bizarrely was insisting a 200 Lek note was only 2 LEK??. Had to message Hotels.com who thankfully sorted it out. Got to room and curtain rail fell off, hair dryer didn't work and couldn't sit on the toilet because of an oversized double jacuzzi. Pool area basic, breakfast chaotic. Shame really because the garden were beautiful and the view of the castle over the river was stunning.

Will never go back again. Bad service, dirty rooms, broken shower in the bath room. They give out information that they have EV charger. Found the charger but they Would not let me charge my car. On my roadtrip around europe so far this is absolutely the worst place we have stayed at. If possible I Would give them a -1 score.

Good stay

Staffs are very friendly and I’m happy with our smooth late check in. Hotel is at good location next to the river and have a little bit of view of the river and the castle on our balcony. It’s easy to get to castle or the lake side by cars. The breakfast is included and it’s very simple but for the price I paid I think it’s good value. Bathroom is good size and it’s Glassdoor covered shower instead of bath with curtain which I hate so much. Overall I would recommended this place for sure.

Dålig internetuppkoppling i rummet.
