The room was clean, and front desk staff was extremely friendly. The only minus was the breakfast staff that said in a tone that was pushy and said they were closing soon . I replied there is still 30 minutes left before the end of ‘breakfast’ and that is plenty of time. ( it was a continental breakfast, breads and drinks only, self serve).

Perfect location near Shizuoka Station. Clean, comfortable rooms. Got the room with 2 "large twins". They are bigger twin beds, but just know it'll be super tight if you're trying to fit 2 people in 1 bed. Not a complaint, just making aware.

Basic room, enough space for two people. Cheap laundry on 10th floor (only one machine) but the drying function is slow. Better to dry stuff by hanging it in your room—even pants should be dry by morning. Good shower. Breakfast OK, just a simple buffet of pastries. Location is super convenient to the train station and close enough to walk to the main shopping and restaurant area. Not a destination hotel but perfect as a stop on the way back from the Alps area.

Loved It!

Checking in was both smooth and pleasant. The room was clean & comfortable. Room & toilet amenities were more than adequate. Housekeeping staff were very efficient. Breakfast was simple but enough. Location was fantastic. Near the train station. Walking distance to Sumpu Castle & some of the local sights. Walking distance to plenty of eateries. Mini-Stop convenience store is a minute walk from the front entrance. Rooms are small, like many in Japan. If you travel with big luggage/suitcases you might want to rethink...otherwise it's a great hotel. Highly recommended.
