Welcome to The Annexe on Morris Street — a bright, comfortable space in one of Sheringham's most peaceful residential streets. Just a short, level walk from the beach, high street, cafés and the coastal path, this is the perfect base for exploring the North Norfolk coast. With private parking, WiFi and a dog‑friendly setup, it's ideal for couples, solo travellers or small families looking for a relaxed coastal break. Inside, you'll find a spacious lounge and dining area, a sunny conservatory, a well‑equipped kitchen and a large ground‑floor king bedroom. Upstairs is a cosy single room tucked into the eaves — great for a child, teen or an additional adult. Everything is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable, whether you're here for beach days, coastal walks or simply unwinding by the sea.
Ground Floor, with front door leading into the conservatory with door to open plan lounge/dining room with Smart TV and comfortable sofa with staircase, door to inner lobby with door to kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer and microwave, door to family bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Property was spacious and in easy reach of the beach and town for places to eat .The shower room needs a bath mat also 1 toilet roll is not enough for 3 people .
