The room was cool, the staff was helpful. They were short staffed and the hotel was booked solid so they did very well under the circumstances. Our room #119 was clean and fresh bed linens. Beds are comfortable enough with fluffy pillows. The heater works well and properly. The microwave however declined to Pop up the popcorn and stopped working ☹️ Towels are fresh and clean. The water pressure in this room isn't very good though. The breakfast is great with biscuits/gravy, waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit and yogurt
