The room smelt like smoke and the bedding looked like room service just said "Pluck it" . Dirty pillows/bedding, no smoke detector on the wall but you can see where it was hanging. My sister so most fell down the stairs getting to the room. When I booked the room online I kept trying to get a non-smoking room which didn't happen. But the manager on duty was very nice and when asked for a full refund he returned our money without any problems.
