Our room was given to someone else! Waited 11/2 hours to get this problem fixed! Tables in room were sticky. Hair in the bed. Carpet was dirty/tasty and had ripples in it!!!

The staff was very nice and it is located very centrally for the location. There’s a grocery store across that has anything you may need plus it is very well kept and clean.

This hotel was okay for what it was. It needs to be remodeled or recarpeted at least. It’s nice they have a swimming pool, but they didn’t have any towels there. The front desk said she couldn’t give us new towels for our room and we used ours for the pool. She said they ran out.

We checked into the hotel March 14 and had a busy schedule next day. When we returned the next day in the evening, we were shocked to see that the beds were not made up or the dirty towels were not replaced and the garbage was not taken out. We were upset because we paid for a decent hotel service and Super 8 failed us. I talked to the clerk and she said that we have to request the cleaning service and linen or they don't do it. I told them that is bizarre because other hotels we have stayed at, the cleaning and linen service is automatic and if we don't want it, then we notify them. Not happy with this.

Upon entering the lobby to check in, the marijuana smell was so overwhelming that my eyes actually started watering. Pretty sure the front desk employee had just smoked a fatty, along with methamphetamines. Whatever, we were tired and needed a bed, which was very comfortable. However, the room itself just gave us that feeling like you needed a shower from entering it. Stained carpet, broken microwave, particles of who knows what around the walls and end table. Went to shower the next morning and the tub drain was covered in a glob of hair and goo. Chose not to partake in the complimentary breakfast or pool, out of fear of the unknown.

We love the handicap room provided (#117) easy entrance and accessibility. The only suggestion we have is maybe a queen size mattress instead of the double. Thank you the room was very clean and comfortable
