The hotel says budget but thats in price and name only. I stay at alot of budget hotels for work but this one was with family and really stood out. Where to start. The team were fantastic from the first phone call re arrival to checking out... didn't get names but the man on reception couldn't be more engaging with guests, made it so welcoming. The rooms were spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Stayed two nights and first night grandaughter got mud on quilt, just a little bit, the bed was fully changed the next morning. Thank you.
