A great affordable place to stay. I have stayed there before and will stay there again. Very helpful manager. My room did not have a clock in it. However, my daughter had a separate room and she did have a clock.

It's been 2 years since I've stayed in Manitowoc. The owner has improved the property, which was in disrepair 2 years ago, I commend him/her. I didn't get an scrambled egg option at breakfast, which I expected.

When I arrived, I was a little worried as it is an older hotel and just didn't have the curb appeal of most hotels. I was pleasantly surprised. It is an older hotel that appears to be in transition and trying to be updated. Don't get me wrong this is no 4 or 5 star hotel but it was clean, in a great location and the front desk staff was kind and courteous. For the price, this hotel was perfect. If you need a clean, cheap place to lay your head for the night, I recommend this hotel. If you are in the need for all the frills of a beautifully updated, with all the amenities hotel- this is not for you.
