The room was really cold and bed hard. I got ignored almost everytime I tryed to talk with the personel. First I thought it was gender related, but it might have been poor language skils. I was promised that someone would come, but that did not happen. So no toiletpaper, blanket, towels etc.

Hotel is in pretty good condition for a 4 star hotel, staff is very helpful and kind and location is great, easy and nice walk to the Old market. The food is most definitely not worth the money, the food outside was much better.
