Property was very safe all around! The resort grounds are beautifully kept and very clean. Hotel reception was friendly and welcoming. Waitstaff at the two a la cart restaurants were very attentive and nice. I can’t say the same about the staff working the food and beverage station at the beach. Each day we went for lunch, we felt like we were bothering them and had to wait for a long time for anyone to acknowledge us even though we were leaving $2-3 each time. At one point they told my kids they weren’t serving lunch in the middle of the day which really put a bad taste in my mouth. Also several times I’ve ordered a drink from the pool staff and never received it. Towel guys were amazing!!! Entertainment girls at the beach were cute but a bit too pushy to join activities! Spa staff was friendly, exceptional at giving massage and friendly all around!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful resort. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the Red Sea, the lush gardens, and the stunning architecture of the hotel. The entire atmosphere was serene and luxurious, making it the perfect getaway. The staff were beyond incredible, friendly, professional, and always eager to help with a smile. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had an unforgettable stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The buffet had a variety of food, which was outstanding, with fresh and flavorful dishes from different cuisines. Whether you’re in the mood for seafood, traditional Egyptian food, or international options, there’s something for everyone. Every meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! The beach and pool areas were spotless and well maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. The snorkeling right off the beach was incredible, with vibrant coral reefs and marine life just a few steps into the water. Overall, Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh, this is it! I can’t wait to return!

From first minute arriving I was treated like a queen. Such personable service. All employees were very polite professional kind respectful. Such wonderful service. Excellent room thanks to expedia vip access. However i felt that a two tier system operated at the hotel. Half board was not treated nicely. Was told you will have to pay for tgat drink on several occasions. Staff dont ask if you want anything like they do for all inclusive. On checking out i was asked to wait until the room was checked before i could get into my taxi!!! Never had that in my life. Glad to say that i passed the room inspection. 😆
